EPF Withdrawal Guidelines

For Single Applicants:

  • EPF submission form
  • Sale and Purchase Agreement original copy
  • Photocopies of your identification card
  • A copy of  the loan approval letter from your end financier

For Joint Applicants (additional):

  • Proof of relationship (For purchases with your spouse or immediate family)
  • Letter explaining the reasons for the joint purchase (For purchases with the next of kin)
